Watford BID Annual General Meeting 2019

The third Annual General Meeting of Watford BID Limited will be held at The Business Lounge, West Herts College, Hempstead Road, WD17 3EZ on Wednesday 19th June 2019 at 5.30pm. Watford organisations that pay a BID levy have the opportunity to vote on the proposed resolutions, and therefore to re-elect/elect the directors of the company.

Watford BID will report back to Levy Payers on all the activities that the organisation has delivered throughout its third year in operation. Think About It Films have created a short film to highlight the campaigns which the BID has undertaken to enhance the look and feel of the town, to promote the town via marketing & events, and to secure the future of the town. Watford BID have also compiled an annual report which compliments the film with a far more detailed insight into the projects of 2018-19 in the town centre.

All Levy Paying businesses are welcomed and encouraged to attend on Wednesday 19th June, however a member of the company entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. To be valid, forms of proxy must be completed and signed by an attorney or officer duly authorised and must be deposited at the Registered Office (see address above) or emailed to maria@watfordbid.co.uk by 5.30pm on 17th June 2019. Forms of proxy received after this deadline will be invalid.

As well as providing the opportunity to hear from the BID and re-elect/elect the directors of the company, you will also have the opportunity to meet with local businesses and enjoy a selection of canapes and drinks.
